BaxterStorey has won a two year contract worth a multiple six figure sum to provide catering services for HARIBO, the UK’s leading gums and jellies manufacturer.

The deal will see BaxterStorey provide staff dining for 550 HARIBO employees at its UK office in Pontefract, West Yorkshire. Employees will be able to select from a variety of hot food, a grab and go service and a salad bar, five days a week. BaxterStorey will also cater for HARIBO’s ad hoc internal hospitality requirements.

Noel Mahony, Chief Executive of BaxterStorey, commented: “We are delighted that HARIBO has chosen BaxterStorey to bring a truly fresh food offer into its employee canteen facility. Our aim is to prepare fantastic food that our clients and customers really want to eat. By sourcing seasonal ingredients from local suppliers, our chefs can select better quality, fresher food that adds significant value to the catering service.”

Commenting on the decision to appoint BaxterStorey, Yvonne Dyal, HARIBO UK HR Business Partner said: "We made the decision to bring in a new contract caterer to improve the food offer available to our employees.
