Shepherd FM has been awarded a new contract for Wragge & Co LLP for technical services and building maintenance at its main office location in central Birmingham.

Established in 1834, Wragge & Co is a major UK law firm employing more than 1,000 people with a network of clients in the UK and around the world. The Shepherd FM team has a significant capability for delivering high quality, technical facilities management services, particularly in relation to criticality and business continuity.  Shepherd FM demonstrated an understanding of Wragge and Co’s culture, and was able to use this knowledge to develop and deliver a robust FM solution.  Key members of the Shepherd FM team were involved in the development of the service offer, as well as at every stage of the mobilisation process to ensure a seamless transfer of service from the previous supplier.
