Telereal Trillium issue resolved through discussion with landlord
04 September 2017
Following PFM's news item on the closure of the Telereal Trillium office in Blyth, Northumberland, after it raised by bailiffs, the company has announced the issue was resolved at the end of last week.
It has provided a statement to say the issue, which also resulted in the closure of the Blyth JobCentre Plus office that shares the building with the company, to say both parties have returned to their offices.
"Following legal advice and discussions with the landlord, the property is back in possession of the tenant and the Job Centre re-opened this morning, Friday 1st September for business as usual," the statement read.
The original story was published on the ChronicleLive website and stated that estate and FM services provider Telereal Trillium includes the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) on its list of clients.
Services are provided for the DWP estate around the UK by the company, the report stated.
Following the issuing of a possession notice by the bailiff, Telereal Trillium has stated that this has now been rescinded.
