FM division unaffected by parent company winding-up order

22 August 2017

A winding-up order issued against Titan Construction Management will not affect the group's FM division, it has been reported.

Issued by UKL Trades, the winding-up order was followed by claims from another company that it is owed £275,000 by Titan Construction Management, according to Construction News.

The company has been involved with a number of mixed-use projects in London and, as well as construction and FM, it also offers professional services around the UK.

In addition to London, Titan has offices in Leeds, Nottingham and Yeovil and is reported to employ approximately 30 people.

A hearing will take place on 12 September at Leeds Combined Court Centre.

It was also reported that Titan SWR, another division of the group, went into administration at the beginning of this month, which is said to have had a negative effect on Titan Construction Management.

According to its website, Titan FM division offers a range of hard and soft services through its preferred partnership programme, including the provision of a manned 24/7 help desk.
