Tridonic’s 50th anniversary dinner boosts Red Cross funds by over £1,000

05 July 2017

Tridonic UK recently celebrated 50 years in the UK with a Gala Dinner, which was hosted at the Science Museum, in London.

Guests enjoyed a three-course dinner surrounded by iconic inventions from the past couple of centuries and heard a lively after dinner talk from Lord Digby Jones.

The guests included staff from both the company’s sales office in Basingstoke and its production facility in Spennymoor, along with representatives from its many OEMs and partners.

As part of the celebrations the company encouraged people to donate to the latest Red Cross appeal and as a result the company has been able to donate £1,100.

Richard Strode, managing director, said; “This was a fantastic evening where we were able to celebrate all that the company has achieved over the last 50 years and look forward to the new opportunities that lie ahead.

"We are grateful for the support we have received from our customers over the years but also for their generosity on the evening in donating to the Red Cross.”
