LCC Support Services has continued its 2016 successes with a winning start to this year’s campaign, already adding over £3m (contract value of £9m+) of new business.

As a Strategic Supply Partner for cleaning with CBRE - the worlds leading commercial property & real estate specialist – 6 new contract awards has brought further expansion to the partnership’s UK portfolio.
Wins include Hanson UK, Imperial Tobacco Group (ITG), Domestic and General (D&G), Mitsubishi Corporation and Royal College of Physicians (RCP).
LCC now cleans the entire UK property portfolio for ITG and D&G with a phased national rollout anticipated for Hanson.
Further success sees LCC cleaning 33 nationwide locations for a global engineering & development organisation in a 3-year contract valued at over £1m annually, covering daily cleaning of their corporate estate.
Scope includes washroom services, pest control, windows, periodic and specialist cleaning services supported, as always, by LCC’s specialist supply chain of performance-based partnerships.
