Flood of compliments for PFM Awards 2016

03 November 2016

Highly positive feedback was given to last night's PFM Awards presentation ceremony, which is continuing today with ongoing comments on Twitter.

The full list of winners will be posted online later today, as the victorious companies continue to celebrate their success.

Gyles Brandreth, former MP, television and radio presenter, author and scholar, hosted the evening.

His engaging presentation style and humour won received an enthusiastic response from more than 600 attendees.

Held at London's The Brewery, this was the 23rd PFM Awards, which were again commended for their focus on integrity.

A special presentation was made to Jane Fenwick, former PFM editor, who has continued her involvement with the awards following her official retirement five years ago.

Ms Fenwick has announced that she will be spending more time with her family and her commitment to the awards was celebrated with the presentation of a bouquet of flowers by IML director Bryan Jago.

Among the many celebratory tweets was the following by Martin Pickard, who was presented with the Peter Middup Lifetime Achievement award last night:

"Humbled and delighted to receive a lifetime achievement award at the last night. Thank you "
