Fifth acquisition announced by FM provider

19 September 2016

Bellrock has announced the acquisition of Concerto Support Services for an undisclosed sum, the company's most recent and fifth to date.

Supplying software for facilities, property and asset management, Concerto will continue to operate on a stand-alone basis, it was announced.

It was described as the company's biggest investment to date

The purchase is intended to support Bellrock's core operations and assist in providing a technology-enabled outsourcing service, while also adding additional contracts from the public and retail sectors in particular.

Previous acquisitions by Bellrock have included Property Solutions, Stanley Hicks, Dawn and RBK Mechanical.

The five deals have all been completed with the support of Lyceum Capital.

Bellrock chief executive officer David Smith said the acquisitions will "continue the transformation" of the business and assisting in developing "a whole new customer experience".

"Lyceum's continuing vision and support were instrumental in bringing these acquisitions to fruition," he said.

On the subject of the Concerto acquisition, Mr Smith said the company will be using its platform "not only on behalf of our clients, but directly with in-house FM and property teams as part of their FM and property management tools".
