Acquisition trail continues for Incentive FM

15 July 2016

ARL Support Services has been acquired by the Incentive FM Group for an undisclosed sum, it was announced yesterday.

ARL is a specialist provider of window-cleaning services to the retail sector, at both high street and retail park locations.

The strategic acquisition is intended to allow the company to work closely with SWC, part of Incentive QAS that provides the group's specialist cleaning services.

By including the 30 ARL mobile workforce, Incentive says it can now provide customers with a complete range of low to high level window cleaning services, including use of cradles, abseiling, platforms, ladders and the reach and wash system.

All ARL's senior team will join Incentive, including joint owners Adam Littlejohn and Ben Steele, with all employees reporting to Incentive QAS managing director Jamie Wright.

The ARL name will continue and it will carry on providing services to existing customers, including Pizza Express, Matalan, Zizzi and Pets at Home.

Incentive FM Group managing director Martin Reed said his company had been searching for a business that complemented its existing window cleaning operation.

"Not only does ARL complete the skills matrix, it has the geographical spread to support our clients," he said.
