ARCA Gold Training Award for OCS Environmental Services

04 May 2016

The Asbestos Removal Contractors Association (ARCA) has awarded a Gold Award for Training to OCS Environmental Services after OCS delegates completed ARCA training courses for supervisors and operatives.

To attain the award, the OCS team was required to achieve an average score of above 92.5% across all delegates.

Bob Taylor, OCS CEO UK, commented: “We pride ourselves on our expertise in asbestos removal and management.

"I am very pleased that the OCS Environmental Services team has been able to further demonstrate this by being awarded such a high standard by the leading trade association in the field of asbestos management services.”

ARCA training manager Satish Patel, said: “On behalf of the ARCA Training Committee, I’d like to congratulate the OCS Environmental Services team on this achievement.”

ARCA is the leading trade association in the field of asbestos management services.

The organisation has gained credibility with Government, local authorities, and those organisations concerned with safety in the occupational handling and removal of asbestos.

ARCA leads the UK asbestos removal contractor industry in ensuring that related businesses work to the highest standards. Stringent rules of membership allow only those companies who demonstrate high standards of workmanship and health and safety management to join ARCA.
