Contract win confirms new direction

06 April 2016

A recent decision by premium student accommodation owner and operator Empiric Student Property has seen Incentive FM expand its list of service offerings.

This has seen Incentive FM awarded 'preferred supplier' status to Empiric's Hello Student operational platform and consumer brand, launched in February this year.

The move seen as complementing the Incentive expertise in delivering high end FM solutions to some of the UK's most prestigious buildings.

It will now work with Empiric to provide a single central resource using its nationwide service offering and will be responsible for the delivery of a full range of FM and maintenance services.

Included in the contract are all maintenance, security, cleaning, compliance and HSE services.

Key drivers include maintaining asset value and delivering cost efficiencies whilst providing high level service to support the accommodation.
