Bellrock CEO awarded fellowship of the RICS

19 January 2016

The CEO of facilities and property management provider Bellrock has been awarded a Fellowship of the RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors)

The RICS was founded in London as the "Institution of Surveyors" in 1868 receiving a Royal charter in 1881. It is the pre-eminent professional institute for property professionals with members in over 140 countries.

Membership of the RICS is normally via approved academic achievement and assessment of professional competence. However from time to time professionals are invited to join the Institute because of their considerable knowledge in the spheres of land, property or construction. Holt has been elected as a Fellow of the RICS.

“The RICS is the most highly regarded organisation by our clients, so it is a privilege to be recognised by my fellow property professionals. I intend to continue to take an active role in encouraging new talent and challenging the status quo within the property and facilities management sectors,” said Martin Holt, CEO, Bellrock.
