GEZE UK appoints Richard Stepniewski as Service Manager London North

GEZE UK has appointed Richard Stepniewski in a role that will see him drive forward the company’s customer-focused approach to servicing and maintenance across north London and the east

Richard, who has more than 20 years of experience in the fields of management, servicing, engineering and sales, has been appointed as Service Manager London North.

In his new role, Richard will be responsible for all technical and financial management of the Service Office which supports GEZE customers in the area from central London (W, WC, EC postcodes) to Norwich, Oxfordshire and Milton Keynes.  He will lead a team of 13 including ten field-based engineers, who provide planned maintenance and reactive call out services for all automatic entrances, manual door closers and window systems, including those from other manufacturers.

Speaking about his appointment, Richard said: “GEZE is an exciting and progressive company. I am looking forward to being a part of the team ensuring the company meets its objectives and delivers a level of service that exceeds our customer’s expectations.”

His appointment will help to ensure that we can continue to out-perform our competitors on quality and service.”
