Chair of the Judges for the BIFM Awards, Steve Gladwin, who oversees a team of 11 lead judges and a further 36 support judges, said “2015 was an evolutionary year for the BIFM Awards as we underwent a thorough re-fresh before launching the entry phase back in January.

By theming the categories under ‘people, ‘innovation’ and ‘impact’ we are able to demonstrate the breadth of the facilities management industry. There are so many facets of exemplary FM, which have been shown here tonight through the cross section of winners.

“Learning and development, customer service, team work, collaboration, rising talent – we have seen this aplenty tonight. Our winners have an effect wider than the FM industry and part of the BIFM Awards re-fresh includes a commitment by BIFM to ensure that the impact our winners have made on business, the economy and society is demonstrated.”

Further details on the finalists, winners and highly commended are available on Further in-depth case studies, which will serve as best practice, will be made available over the coming months.

The 2016 BIFM Awards will open in January 2016 for entries, with the ceremony taking place on 10 October 2016 at the Grosvenor House Hotel. Further details are available through
